Refund Policy

Online registration fees paid for InQuickER can be refunded in the following circumstances. If any of the following situations apply to you, please contact us with your name and date of InQuickER registration to request a refund:

1. You were not seen by the doctor within the guaranteed 15-minute window.
2. Technical problems on the InQuickER website prevented you from completing the registration process.
3. You were billed twice for a single InQuickER registration.
